A rare opportunity for a senior Israeli-qualified M&A attorney to relocate to the United States and assume a high-impact in-house role at a multinational company headquartered in Israel.
Based in Washington, DC, this position reports directly to the U.S. General Counsel and plays a central role in the company’s strategic growth initiatives, with primary responsibility for leading complex cross-border M&A transactions.
Work visa sponsorship will be provided for the selected candidate and their spouse.
🔹Responsibilities:
• Lead complex cross-border M&A transactions from inception through closing.
• Serve as primary legal advisor on corporate development initiatives.
• Partner closely with senior management and the board
• Provide strategic commercial legal support across U.S. and international operations.

🔸Qualifications:
• Admitted to practice law in Israel – required
• Active U.S. bar admission – required
• Senior Associate or Junior Partner with demonstrated M&A deal leadership
• Strong cross-border transactional experience
• Full-time, fully on-site position in Washington, DC.
