An international company is seeking a Junior Customer Success Specialist to join its growing global team. This is an entry-level Customer Success role with exposure to intellectual property matters- it is not a legal position.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work closely with leading international companies
-Review and analyze trademark and intellectual property infringements
-Monitor and address violations across digital platforms, including websites, e-commerce marketplaces, and social media channels
-Handle matters related to brand misuse, counterfeit distribution, and unauthorized exploitation
-Prepare customized client reports
-Track enforcement results and conduct ongoing performance analysis
The role combines client management, analytical work, and ongoing monitoring in a dynamic international environment.
Qualified lawyer following completion of internship, or holder of an LL.B. degree
Excellent English – written and spoken – at a high professional standard
Comfortable working in a client-facing environment, primarily with overseas clients
Strong analytical capabilities and high attention to detail
Collaborative, service-oriented, and proactive
