International Energy Company is hiring a senior Legal Counsel

responsibilities:

• Manage contracts with new settlements and brokers;

• Manage contracts for new joint-ventures, new technologies and innovation lab;

• Provide a day-to -day legal advice to business development department;

• Draft and negotiate on-going agreements with service providers and suppliers;

• Manage agreements for the private PPAs, bid submission of tenders for municipalities and large scale projects;

• Draft and negotiate on-going agreements for construction and operation of different projects.

Job Requirements

 Degree in law (LLB) and Israeli Bar license – a must

 At least 10 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer in a leading law firm or high-end legal department

 Fluent English and Hebrew – a must

 Proven experience in legal work in English, including drafting of documents – a must

 Experience in energy and infrastructure law – an advantage

 High degree of professional ethics and integrity

 High interpersonal and communication skills, a team player

 Strong commitment to the workplace
