Commercial & Marketing Legal Counsel

International industrial company is looking for a talented and experienced commercial lawyer
:Responsibilities
 Advise the company on legal and regulatory issues related to labeling and marketing and IT related agreements
 Counsel product, marketing, R&D, and other business teams on legal issues including advertising products, offers and promotions; claim substantiation; privacy laws and regulations, and other legal requirements
 Review marketing, advertising, and other promotional and communication materials
 Negotiate, draft, and review various commercial agreements and transactional documentations
 Provide commercial legal advice to the company and its subsidiaries, analyze and identify legal risks and implications
 Liaise with external legal counsels
 Handle ad-hoc assignments

דרישות התפקיד:

 License to practice law in Israel
 At least 8 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in a global industrial company or in a leading law firm commercial department – a MUST (experience in both – an advantage)
 Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew – a MUST Skills & Abilities:
 Excellent verbal communication skills, negotiation, and legal drafting skills
 Ability to handle high-pressure situations, to perform multiple tasks, work on short lead times and meet tight deadlines. Extended hours are regularly required.
 Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
 Self-driven and resourceful
 Results oriented
 Strong business skills and a business orientation
 Ability to solve problems and demonstrate commercial awareness
 Good organizational, planning and time-management skills
